Command manager help, launching SDK.

Hi everyone,

I followed a Youtube tutorial that shows how to launch the Android SDK manager. After copying it to the c drive, the guy opens the command manager and types in a command of emulator datadir android/tools.

When he first types emulator and presses enter it asks him for the rest of the info. When I type emulator and press enter it doesnt recognise the command at all.

Am I missing something simple or doing something wrong? I'm trying to run it on my XP laptop.

Does anybody else use the Android SDk emulator on a windows pc. I'm just curious as I can't get it to launch at all.

I'm sure it must be me doing something wrong but it can't be too complicated can it?

Any advice would be greatfully received as its doing my head in.
