My Son bought Samsung s7 edge.
From first day Speakers voice was not good. when he went to service centre in Gulberg they did not give a good response.
We spend Eighty five thousand and five hundred Pak Rupees But got a mentally tension. I prefer again do not
buy any Samsung product because after sale service is not good. And I will recommend my friends do not buy Samsung s7 edge.
 
You've had one poor response from a person in the Service Centre and that's your reaction.

What was the response ?

How long have you owned the phone ?

I assume there is no issues caused by a case or front screen shield and no dust / lint in the ports.

It's not been dropped ?

My advice is to return and either speak to another store rep or ask for the manager.

Also speak to Samsung Support.
