On my phone (Sony Xperia Z3 compact), I often group photos into folders, using Sony's Photos app. When I try to copy the photos from the device to my computer, the folders exist in Windows Explorer, but they seem to be empty. After looking into it, all the photos seem to be physically located in one folder (100ANDRO), even if the Photos app shows them as well organized into folders.
How do I go about this?? I don't want to have a copy all my photos and then sort them again. I've tried different apps, including Sony's PC Companion, but they don't seem the recognize the folder structure that I've given.
