"Dangling" process after uninstallation?

I am glad if you could give me some hints on my problem below.

I always find an 'unknown' process named 'Weather' appeared in Taskiller and TaskPanel. It is auto spawn by system when 3G/EDGE connection is made. I suspect it's a dangling process of some uninstalled programs like 'Weather Bug' or some else weather program.

I am puzzled and wonder how I could uninstall this unnecessary process/program from my Android? I couldn't find this process from Application/Manage Applications. Do you have any powerful uninstall tool?
