Hi guys,
When I install applications on my Android phone, I get warning that "This application has access to the following : network, SD card, GPS location etc."
I can either install the application knowing this, or not install the application. But is there a way to install the application, yet deny it access to some things?
For example a simple game needs network access - some usage statistics, which will be sent only if I check an option in its settings. I have that setting disabled anyway. But still the application theoretically has access to network. I want to prevent that. Any solution?
I prefer not having to root the phone for that, but I am open to rooting it too if necessary.
thanks
