driving mode and moto speak

I apologize if this has been addressed already, but I couldn't find anything on it. When I turn on driving mode and receive texts, nothing happens. There is no voice readout. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, when I use my bluetooth to voice dial from the headset, the S3 comes up with an option complete using moto speak or s voice. Do I need moto speak, or will s voice do this as well through bluetooth? Thanks.

Did you go to language and input and turn it on in the text to speech output setting?
