Accessories Droid 2 3500mAh extended battery docks?

Will the Amazon 3500mAh extended battery and door fit in a Droid 2 dock or Droid 2 car dock? When I replaced my Droid 1 with a Droid 2 Global recently I found that it fit comfortably in the Droid 1 dock but I had to replace the Droid 1 car dock with a Droid 2 car dock.

So the question is whether the extended battery will still allow my Droid 2 in both docks? Before I buy I need to determine this since the battery is expensive.

Upshot of the conversation is this: that monster battery will NOT fit in either the car or desk dock. I know that's not the answer you're looking for, but at least you know before ordering it

A quick Googling brought up an 1820 mAH battery somewhere on Verizon that actually fits the docks. That's about all I can offer you at this point. You can always ask around in the Droid 2 forums and shop Verizon's website. Prepare to pay about $50 for battery and cover. Hope this helps.
