Droid RAZR MAXX no sound

My phone sounds have stop functioning. No media sound;video and audio. No notifications sound. No call ringer sounds. Absolutely no any form of sound works at all. I have tried all I can but no. I have adjusted all volumes on sounds at system setting still no. Iastly resorted to factory reset still noooo sound. I have lost joy in the phone now.... please someone should HELP

Welcome to Android Forums.

Try running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them) and if it stops it is caused by an app that you added.

If it doesn't I would take it to my Verizon store.
