Droid x2 keyboard

I can not get used to the onscreen keyboard for the Droid x2. The buttons are way to small. Even when I have it on landscape.
Is there an app I can download that has larger keys? I have tried a few and they lock up my phone.
Is there a phone comparable to the x2 but has physical keyboard?

The Droid 3 is comparable to the DX2 and has a physical keyboard. But have you tried SwiftKey X or the Ice Cream Sandwich keyboard?

No I have not tried those, I will though!
I have been keeping my eye out for a Droid 3 that is in my price range....I may be waiting a while!
