Help E-mail Syncing issue

I have been having an issue with my phone e-mail that I recieve deleting my e-mail off my phone. It is like I am not recieving a copy of my e-mail on my phone and my computer. I only get a e-mail on my phone so if I delete it off my phone I do not have a copy on my e-mail on my computer. Also my phone seems to be deleting message that are old automatically and I am not sure how to stop this.

Which email program are you using Isaac Clarke?

I am using cox.net but use Mozilla Thunderbird to view my mail. I never use to have this issue with my other Note I had.

I've personally not had any experience with either program but now that members know what your using you'll probably start to see some results.
