Root easy root?

So I downloaded easy root after watching a youtube tutorial...is it really that easy to root? Before 2.2 I had to got and download a zip folder and do all that nonsense but now it seems I press a button and reboot my phone,can anyone varify if this works,if it matters I'm running build frg22d

I havent been following too closely the last week or so, but the last I had heard, FRG22D was still unrootable the easy way

I dont think easy root or universal root work for frg22d yet.
