Help eee pad rooting

Dear friends,

• Hi. I am new to this forum and android also. I have a asus transformer tf101 and wich runs ice cream sandwich 4.0.3 And its the last os I can update. I wont to update os to the new version. When I ask from friend he told by rooting can do. I dont know to do rooting to my asus eee pad. Can you all please help me in this issue.
