Help Email Issues - Corporate Sync

Hi, Any idea on this problem...

I've synched up to my office email on my Droid 2 and for the most part, everything works great, contacts, calendar and most email. The problem I have is that some emails come in, but there is no message. All I see is the little box that says "more". I click that and it appears to be doing something, then noting happens. My IT department, cleared my email cache on the email server, but it didn't seem to help. Any ideas?
