Email Notification

OK, Is there a way to turn off only email notifications during off peak hours ex 10pm-7am? I still want my phone to ring if someone calls or text but when I get stupid spam emails at 2am the notification wakes me or my wife up I am looking to see if anyone has insight on this issue Thanks

Use profiler apps like Locale, tasker, setting profiles and a ton of others.

I love Tasker. It's an incredibly powerful app, and useful for a lot of things.
