Help Emails moved from Junk to Inbox Disappear

This has been happening for a while. If i move an email from my Junk folder to my Inbox in the phone, then check my Inbox, the email is not there. Its also no longer in my Junk folder.
If I go to Hotmail.com, the emails 8 moved on the phone are in fact where i moved them, my Inbox.
Is this just an issue using Hotmail on the phone's email client, or with any provider? I have 4 email accounts in the phone's email client, & have only had this one issue. I have only noticed it with Hotmail, but that may be the only one i tried it with too.

This is on a Verizon S4 running 4.4.2, but i think its done this before the latest update.

As far as I know, emails from my Yahoo and Google accounts that are moved on the phone go to the right place. I'm thinking this is a Hotmail issue that you've discovered. It reminds me of the early Android days when Yahoo Mail did not play well at all with the standard email app.
