Help Emergency 911 not active

Hello all. I purchased a new Droid 3 days ago. I just realized there is no emergency button on the unlock screen, and no emergency number programmed anywhere on the phone. Is this something I can remedy, or do I have to returned it to the store?. This is my only phone, and I really would like this feature to be on there. Thanks -Craig

Are you using the slide to unlock or the pattern?
It only shows up using the pattern since otherwise you can just unlock it.
