So my fantastic friends spilled beer all over my milestone last week
I took it apart and it's sort of working again, except it thinks I am pressing the "volume up" button all the time. I've ordered a new phone, but it hasn't arrived yet, and it'd still be good to get my old one working again if it's possible, as a back-up.
So basically I need an app that will stop the volume rocker from working at all, I don't want anything to happen at all when it's pressed.
I've found a few threads and apps which will disable the rocker while the phone is in lock, and I've tried the app buzzlock, which stops the rocker from turning the volume up and making that "beep" noise constantly, but it just makes the phone vibrate constantly which is equally as irritating.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

ps. I really liked the milestone so I've ordered a droid 2 global for a new phone - and I purchased an ACCIDENTAL warranty too! So my stupid friends can go their hardest and I'll be covered.
