I just got an Epad not that long ago and am having trouble adding movie files.
I've used handbrake, dvd decrypter, etc. and the file reads on the Epad properly, except the audio and video play at different speeds.
The audio plays normally while the video lags behind.

Is this just that the Epad can't handle movie-sized mp4? or do i need to change something in the convertion process?

  2. Does this happen on a computer as well?

Nope. Plays on my computer just fine. Heck, the file plays fine on my mp3 player (after it converts it that is, but still...)
that's why I thinks it's more of an epad problem...

  4. Sounds like it. Download MediaInfo on your computer. Open the file in that, switch to Text View, then copy the results here.

  6. The only thing i can see is you are using h263 when you should be using h264 codec.

do you think that's actually the problem?
Also, do you think if I got a program for playing various media files (avi, wmv) that it would work better? or should I say, work at all?

  8. Could be.

Its worth a shot. It only takes a minute to download RockPlayer from the market and try it.

You think rockplayer is my best choice?
From what I can tell, it hasn't worked for many people...

  10. Just try it. It will take 2 minutes out of your life.
