So I was on the train today going to class, listening to music on my wonderful Sprint Hero...when the music decided to magically switch from the headphones to the speaker all on its own. Something I've thought about for a while now. And yes, pretty awkward situation to be in, if not embarrassing. Panicking and the volume rocker failing to adjust the speaker, I ripped off my case and pulled the battery.
In disbelief, all anxious and everything...I was glad it stopped. I put the battery back in, turned on...and it booted up fine.
UNTIL IT GOT TO THE HOMESCREEN...where surprise number two arose. The music continued to play. Furious, I once again removed the battery cover and pulled the battery.
I'm so pissed about this. I've been upset about the Hero's sluggishness/software bugs and have even reported one to Google about headphone jack issues before. Tried searching everywhere for this specific issue. Found nothing exactly like this. Any ideas?
Really close to *sigh* going back to my Tour, or a Pre.
