Help Exchange Email Won't Synch w/ 2.2 on Droid X

Since upgrading to 2.2, I had to remove and re-add my Exchange email account to get rid of the required security code input (as most users have). Since doing this, even with it set to Push, and to default to Fetch every 15 min if Push is not available, I have to manually hit Refresh to retrieve new email. This is also happening with a co-worker's DroidX, but not with another co-worker's phone, which is a different model.

Update: None of my email accounts will synch unless I refresh them manually. I've checked, and Background Data is enabled.

Whenever that happens to me, and it happens alot, I have to do a power reset or even do a battery pull. After that, emails start comming in again.
