Factory-reset protection

I recently found a Moto G4 in the e-waste. It appears to work fine but is a bit slow due to its age. However, in order to use the phone, I apparently have to log in to the Google account of the previous user, which I evidently can't do for a phone that was found in the e-waste. I've searched up a bunch of FRP removal tricks for this phone, but none seem to work. Is there better method to bypass this protection so I can use this device? I don't have nearly as much experience with the internals of Android as I do with that of Windows, but I'm willing to try anything, If it helps, the Android version/security patch version shown in Recovery Mode is 7.0.NPJS25.93-14.7-8/6. Thanks so much for your help!

If you don't know the original owner you can recycle it, or maybe return it to a carrier store if the carriers logo is on it. General links below...
