Flash install on X

Already been tried and will not work. Current full flash and Lite use resources from Sense, to work on 2.1. X fans will need to use Skyfire (works good) for videos. Games will not work, but a lot of video sites work. Some do not, but then again, some sites work with Skyfire that do not with Flash mobile.

Only catch is Skyfire logs all the content and sites you watch video on and mines the traffic data for their business clients / partners. That is apparently their business model.

The content is streamed and converted through their servers. Kind of a double pass in regards to throughput, but works well and provides users Flash content and them data ;)

Thanks but it's odd that I remember original Droid users being able to install and have flash Lite.

They either installed a 2.2 based rom somehow, or a 2.1 based Sense rom. Only current options for Flash to work.

Rooting is how they were able to do it. Froyo should be no more than a two month wait for Moto Droid and X.
