Galaxy S3 - Kies Software not converting videos?

Just got the S3 and have loaded my music and music videos from iTunes okay. Problem I am having is converting movies I have purchased from iTunes.
I have run the movies through the converter [have tried all formats] in the Samsung Kies software and it says convertd okay.
When i go to play movie player shows runiing but screen stays frozen?
The music videos I have purchased from iTunes work fine?
Any help would be appreciated, new to Android.

Welcome to the forums.

I would suspect that the reason the conversion doesn't work, is caused by Apples' DRM (Digital Rights Management)...(copy protection).

Don't think you can convert those videos as they are.

I don't think you can discuss tampering with DRM stuff here, so I would suggest a Google search for some answers.
