Help Gmail problem...

Hi
I got a problem with my gmail account. A few days ago my brother were trying to figure out my pattern and hack in to my samsung galaxy mini. He tried untill the gmail log in thing came up and i had forgot both my username and my password -.-
so i cant log in to my phone anymore, i have tried to fix this for a while, like searching the internet for fixes and stuff and i DONT want to send it in to factory or something like that. PLEASE HELP ME!! ((

Bakup all your applications and data to sdcard or computer and wipe your data(do a factory reset). It will probably solve the problem.

If you have lost your username and password, Create a new google account, do a factory reset after backing up your data and use the new gmail account to log in.
