going to buy an Ideos

Hi, I'm looking at buying an ideos and am wondering if it will work with wireless keyboards so I can take notes without needing to carry my whole laptop everywhere. I am also wondering if the apps can be downloaded via my computer so I don't use my mobile credit.
sorry if these sound like noobish questions but I am quite new to the whole idea.
