Google earth for PC and Android Gps App

Hi,

I am looking for an android gps navigation software who can import a google earth route.

The flow would be as follows:

First I will create the route on google earth on my pc
Save the route as .kml or .kmz format on my pc.
Copy the .kml or .kmz route on my android phone.
Import the .kml or .kmz route in the gps navigation software.
Start navigating along the route. I don't need offline maps, just navigate along the imported route is enough.

I will use that on my bike ride just not to get lost in the woods

Does anyone know if there is such an android app?
