Help google play not working

i have samsonge exhibit 2 4g
i did root to it
and after 3 weeks my google play(market) stopped working i dont know y
and i reset my phone to factory reset
and still its not working

sorry the application market )process com.android.vending) has stopped unxpectedly .please try again
this is what is telling me

take market off and reinstall it again it should work
 
I use Google play everyday and has worked perfectly unlike other streaming apps. Are you having any issues with other music apps like pandora/jango?
 
Hi guys! I have a problem with google play store on my tablet(android 4.0) too. When I install it ,it just wount start. I tried to download and install it over and over again,but nothing happend..Do you know what should I do? :-)
 
I have this same problem on my tablet. At random moments I get the error The application google play services has stopped responding

Clear cache and data in google play app and try again. You may have to log in to google play/services again
