Google play or Itunes? Which is best to use w/ Samsung Galaxy S3?

I have a bunch of Mp3 files on my hard drive, and I need to choose with interface to use them with.

Would you go with Itunes or Google Play or some other?

Would you not use Samsung Kies to transfer your music across?

I use Itunes with isyncer, it works better wirelessly than itunes ever did than with my iphone and ipod, and my ipad. Google play is better for online storage (since you can't get to your icloud without iTunes, you can't download your gplay music onto an apple product either), but if you sync through a PC then it is the best way.
The only thing I don't like about it is that you can only sync podcasts while plugged into the USB. either way is easy, if you don't tether wired that is how I do it, if I plug it in then I upload podcasts separately.

I am using rocketplayer for the music interface.

I tried using kies, but it is so poorly interfaced and slow I gave up.
