GPS on papper map photo

I need an app so I can photograph a map, link it with the GPS and use it to track my position, both maprika or viamici would be perfect but, maprika is not supported on my notion ink adam and on my adum viamici dos not engage the GPS so it will not work. is their any other apps out their I can use instead. I do hope someone can help me, I would be most grateful.
