help me to decide please

I'm having a hard time deciding which phone I want next. I narrowed it down to Sprint or Verizon because I'm planning to having it flashed to Cricket. The main thing I'm looking for is the screen size, the bigger the better. I want to try not to spend over $200 if possible. It can be an older phone and/or used, it just has to to be able to be flashed over to Cricket.
