Help HELP... MS Exchange Corporate Emails NOT staying private

Hi guys...

Sorry to jump in here in a full panic but our company's CEO has recently discovered that emails she sends or received from an Outlook exchange account that were sent as Private do not stay that way if she replies to them from the Droid.

I have a droid as well and sadly found the exact same problem.

Anyone have any work arounds???
