What is the Icon in Notification tray between bluetooth and alarm? It's on my Galaxy S3

It just showed up. I've been through my application manager and unclicked every app in the show notification box

Please help

after my last update i noticed it too and couldn't figure it out until i came here to search it...i believe with the update it started on its own.
