I'm an iPhone owner looking to swap over to Android. Like a lot of iOS users im getting more and more annoyed at the way Apple do things so I think its time to jump ship.

I will miss gaming on the iPhone, its a real shame Android market place isnt anywhere near as full of great high profile games. I really hope thats going to change soon

All I need to do now is choose a phone! I liked the Dell Streak but after seeing it for real im wondering if its too big, and Dell seem to be taking their time upgrading it to Froyo. I've never been a fan of Samsung phones, they always feel cheap and nasty to me. So I think im going to wait for the Desire HD / Ace.

Oh and im 23 year old software developer from UK

Android is blowing up and there is an absolute array of sweet phones to choose from. Just browse around each of your european selections and I bet you'll find lots of opinions to help you out!

The open source and unlimited ability of Android is unmatched!

I'm quite confused by the app store... Is there somewhere I can browse the whole app store? Someone recommended App Brain but it doesn't have any Gameloft or EA games on it...

Yeah, some apps are somewhere else.. so do a google search for an app if you don't see it.
