Just picked up my Replacement Evo! And I noticed that the back-light on the capacitive buttons stay on until the screen goes to sleep. they would timeout after maybe 10 seconds until touched again on my old Evo. I watched one of my movies and they stayed on the whole time? found it a little distracting I liked how they would go out on my old one. even when reading PDF files they would turn off. Is this new or was my old one broke? new phone is Hardware 0003 build date 6/30
