Help hotmail outbox problems

Hi guys maybe that will sound weird and silly but when I try to send an email to someone, I cant send it, sometimes email is coming back on my inbox! It looks like i am sending emails to myself... I checked my settings and everything is fine.
Anyone can help ?

Are these coming back in the form of bounce backs? (undeliverable report) or just the exact message you sent? If its the message you sent - your not looking at the sent items are you?(sorry just had to check.)

I also have problems with the Hotmail (SMPT) server.

I chose in the mail app:
Pop/IMAP account, then

username@hotmail.com
password

then (incoming) pop3.live.com
SSL, port 995
(outgoing) smtp.live.com
SSL, port 25

where possible I chose to give a password.
I have tried other ports and automatic setup, but nothing works anymore...
