How do I move music around in my playlists?

I like to have my music in a certain order so that certain songs will be easier to find. In one playlist, I have a mixture of Spanish and English songs and I want them separated (but to remain in the same playlist). With my Samsung Galaxy Prevail, whenever I attempt to move the music around, they don't go to the places where I try to put them. How can I make the songs go to where I want them to? im using xperia x8, i have blutooth few song , but later when i try to play the song , it has pop out message - unsupported file format.
pls help
