How do disable the S4's message that always pops up when you plug in your headphones to listen to music and raise the volume, it warns about hearing damage that can result from listening to loud volumes.

Also, it doesn't remember what the volume was last at, instead, it puts it in the middle and I have to raise it. Has anyone figured out how to remove that nanny message and also have the phone remember what the last volume level was? My S4 has VZW's MDK firmware. TIA.
