How to get rid of go keyboard lite?

I'm not saying if go keyboard is good or bad - just get it out of my face.
I've got a Homtom HT17 and it is part of the system software.
If it were an installed program, I would just uninstall it.

Many times, when the phone wakes up for example, it will just pop up and tell me how great it is.
It might be great, but I don't need it, so why does it get in my face?

Is there any way I can just turn it off so it stops bothering me?

If it's part of the system, you can only disable it without rooting. Go to the play store and download Google keyboard instead.

I'm not sure if it is Google or not, but I have a perfectly good keyboard.
I went into Settings -> App notifications for GO Keyboard Lite and did a Block all.

Is there any other way disable it?
