How to prep Eris to sell on eBay?

Any advice or guide re: wiping a phone and prepping it to sell?

I see the "factory reset" instructions everywhere, however I've already upgraded to a new phone and I would guess I can't "activate" my phone at the end of those processes.

Well, I would format the SD card (I think that's in settings->SD card).

But, definitely factory reset - and leave it at the step to activate the phone for the next buyer.
