Root how to re root

running 5.4 but am not liking the fact that the voice mail notifaction doesnt work , dam nearly lost on renting new house due to it , so what steps do i take to try another rom , do i wipe sd card then follow just2sexy's guide again or do i install new rom on sd card then work from the boot screen

Get the .zip file with the new ROM on the SD card, boot into recovery (Power + home).
Do a nandroid backup if you want to keep 5.4 just in case.
From the wipe menu do a factory reset, wipe the dalvik-cache and wipe the ext partition of the SD card if you have one.
Then flash the new .zip.
And that's it

thx xtiro , now giving 3.2 a whirl , now the one thing i did like in 5.4 was the home screen pic where it was bubbles and all different colors am i would love to no where i could download it
