Apps How to read URI dial number from Dial Pad without pressing Dial

Hi,

When the dialpad open with number, i need to read that number before press dial button for outgoing call,

we can get outgoing call number after pressing "dial" button from dialpad, but i need to get when dialpad open it has to read the number already passed while opening dialpad.

Dial pad will open from webpage or another app.
