How to remove "budled" apps?

I bought my phone with a subscription from Telenor here in Norway, and the phone came with some pre installed apps. Like automatic number info searcher. So whenever someone calls me, this app starts up by itself. I don't use this app, and I don't ant it on my phone with quite a few others. Does anyone know of a way to delete these pre installed apps?

settings > applications > select and uninstall

If its preinstalled by your carrier you can't uninstall them unless you root your phone and then use something like Titanium backup to remove them. There are theads about on rooting so have a read and see if its something you want to consider.
