Help How to store media to SD Card

Ok so now
I know i cant move apps to sd card
But how to save media to external card.
I have selected that option in camera.
What about my already taken pics music and videos
How can i move them to sd card storage?

My mmc card is all empty all media is automatically
Stored in phone memory

This. Although I prefer estrongs. I can use it to move files from my NAS and computer over wifi too. Infact, it also shows my XBMC media player i found out the other day which normally I have to connect to with SSH.

Also my ubuntu pc is an ftp server so it can also connect to.that and move files from anywhere in the world.
