Root How to upgrade Huawei Ascend from 2.1 to 2.2???

Hey Trey!!! I'm working on the Share your Desktop thread right now. Come check it out! In the second post from the top I have added a bunch of wallpapers that will fit the Ascend. Let me know your thoughts.

I'm going to be adding more. Also, you can find them by googling for android wallpapers. You just need to be sure the resolution is right for the Ascend.

Thats just it, I use all the apps i have on my home screen..I thought about putting them in separate folders categorized by what the app is but that just seems to defeat the purpose of accessing them quickly.

But for now try making your ascend's firm 2.1 FASTER! yes, i said it-not in a angry way MyAscend Forum - Home <- Follow the yellow brick road. so i made my ascend 3x faster believe it or not, but basic tools you will need, Applanet, Rooted Droid, and AAAA brain.. An most of you guys probably of already heard of applanet. for those who haven't research it.Then go to the http site i posted an start reading. trust me. you wont regret it... Keep posting.

What brick road? It only takes me to myascend.org. Now what?

Applanet is a known warez site and, as everyone should be aware, discussion of such things is against our forum rules.

MODERATORS: Can we please get this thread locked and taken out of our forum's 'sticky Guide'? We will replace it with a more current and up to date thread relating to the the Ascend update of 2.1 to 2.2...and what we know now and also the risks of not waiting until Huawei releases the official American firmware upgrade. This thread has too much misinformation, etc. in it.
