Apps How to Use inputStream and ProgressDialog for Downloading

Dear Members,

I'm developing an Application FTPCLient for downloading and Uploading files from FTP Server.
Please any can help me regarding Downloading Process,
I want to Use Progress Bar for Downloading file from FTP Server,
I want to Use inputStreams for this purpose, (if there is anyother method please share with me also).
I'm Using Apache Common Net Library for these Tasks.
