HTC announces the One S9, a mid-range smartphone for Europe

HTC has announced a new mid-range smartphone in Europe. It's the HTC One S9, and it has a 5-inch 1080p display, 2.0 GHz octocore Mediatek Helio X10, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a 16MP rear camera and more. The device has gone up for pre-sale for €499 in Germany.

Looks like the M9 with many of the A9s attributes which a larger battery that the A9 could definitely benefit from. €500 is quite a bit though in my view.
