HTC Desire - Google Calendar

Hey guys.

Im new btw

I have a major problem... I can somehow make agreements on my google calendar on my PC - and then when i sync, i get them on the phone...
It just dosent work the other way... not on WiFi or on 3G.

I have tried many things now - but om lost, thats why i came here.

I have android 2.2
