HTc Desire HD Memory Card undetected

I have bought my Desire HD recently and inserted the SADDisk 8Gb (Number 2 rounded, probably meaning its 2nd version/release) micro sd card. Initiailly it worked fine for a while, and i managed to take quite a few snaps and read the old data on the card as well. However, now its not detecting the card with a message saying CARD not mounted. (if i take it out and put it back it detects the same for a while and immediately gets disconnected. ) Any reasons, why this is happening. Believe,For obvious reasons, its a loose connection problem, just wanted to know if anyone else is facing the same problem.

I had a similar message popping up now and again recently, and it said I had to restart or shutdown.
Because of various other problems I got Orange to replace the handset anyway.
Maybe try with another SD card for a while if possible, and ring your provider.
