The phone is in great condition. Purchased in December and have had 0 issues with it. I just got an Incredible so I have no use for it. It had a screen protector on it since it was bought and a case 90% of the time. No screen scratches and very light surface scratches on the back. You have to look hard to see them. It will come with a verizon home charger, car/home charger (plugs in the wall as well as in the car), pink silicone case, battery. It will not come with a memory card. The ESN on the phone is clear so that you can activate with your cell number on Verizon. It is running on andriod 2.1 and has not been rooted. $125 OBO
