Help i cant dial out one specific number

Hi,

just joined vodafone UK on Galaxy note 3 couple of weeks back, number has been ported, everything is fine except i cant dial out my wife's number, i can send her text, she can call/text me but i cant dial her number when i do all i hear ton ton ton and disconnected.

please help.

Call Vodafone, it's a carrier issue.
